Yeah, usually there's a minimum spend, like $200 or something. It should tell you when you try to apply it at checkout. It's automatically there once you're logged in.

They don't professionally clean items themselves, but they do inspect for cleanliness. Most sellers are pretty good about it, but it's used furniture so keep that in mind.

Returns are a bit trickier since it's secondhand. I think you only get a return if it's significantly not as described or damaged during delivery. You can't just return it because you changed your mind.

Definitely check their official policy, but from what I remember, you have to report issues pretty fast, like within 24-48 hours of delivery. It's not like buying from a big box store.
